A newly launched customer service excellence digital badge
The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority Growth Works team is excited to introduce the Customer Service Excellence Digital Badge. This badge is now available and completely free for all employees, volunteers, and learners within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough area.
Badge Criteria:
To be awarded this badge, you must demonstrate the following:
Effective Communication: Ability to understand customer needs, answer questions or concerns, and provide excellent support and service.
Knowledge & Problem-Solving: Skills in interpreting products or services to troubleshoot issues and find solutions to customer queries. Clear communication and instructions, or rectifying issues on behalf of customers.
Excellent Customer Experience: Quick response times and maintaining a friendly, positive demeanour that customers expect from our organisation.
Professional Experience: Participation in a professional or employability study programme that includes customer service.

How to Apply
Once you have met the badge criteria, simply scan the QR code on the Growth Works website. This opens a short online form where you can claim your new digital badge by inputting the claim code provided.
