The XP Digital Platform
Individuals can easily discover the opportunities that a place offers, create and view their portfolio of digital badges, and follow personalised learning pathways based on interests or career goals. All badged activity in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is displayed on the XP map, helping learners to discover learning and work opportunities on their doorstep and providers to promote their activity and understand who engages with them.
XP gives young people, employers and learning providers the opportunity to accurately record and showcase otherwise hidden learning, skills development and career opportunities. Digital badges are the new standard for providing structure to informal and community learning opportunities and soft skill development in a shareable digital format.
The digital platform embraces diversity and inclusion, enabling previously excluded and marginalised young people to participate in valued learning opportunities which provide access to exciting career opportunities and paths.
